MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO SERIOUS ASSAULT ON PENSIONER

first_imgLetterkenny District CourtA man has pleaded guilty to the serious assault of a pensioner in his 70s at a house in Inishowen.Lee Mitchell appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court charged with assault causing serious harm on Patrick McLaughlin at Ard Bhride, Convent Road, Carndonagh on May 30th, 2014.
