President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has sent a message of congratulations to Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, on the celebration of her 90th birthday, April 21, 2016.According to a Foreign Affairs Ministry release, the President extended heartfelt greetings on behalf of the Government and people of Liberia and in her own name. “As we join you in celebration, we pay tribute to you as the longest serving monarch in British history, whose modesty and call for national duty as citizens inspired trust and rallied all British subjects during the Second World War and beyond. These distinct attributes of yours remind all leaders of the sacred obligations to their people,” President Sirleaf stated. Stephon Beckles, 28, of Guyhoc Park in Georgetown is now dead following an accident at around 00:30hr on Monday.According to information Beckles and pillion rider, Kevin Andy of Perry Street, Tucville was going at a fast rate on Vlissengen Road when they crashed into motorcar PTT 2510.
