PLEA TO COUNCIL TO RELEASE VACANT HOUSES TO RESIDENTS

He said the growing housing problem throughout the county has been highlighted often over the last year and the very least that could be done would be to use houses such as this available.“While the latest figures reveal that 2,500 people are on the housing list in Donegal with those figures expected to grow it is unacceptable that houses are left vacant for over a year.“The council needs to come up with a strategy to resolve such issues with the housing problem at such a critical level. I would urge swift action to be taken to ensure those on the waiting list are accommodated as soon as possible,” he added.PLEA TO COUNCIL TO RELEASE VACANT HOUSES TO RESIDENTS was last modified: August 27th, 2015 by StephenShare this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window) Tags:ArdarahousesLiam Whytevacantlast_img read more
