Kai Havertz’s Chelsea transfer appears to have moved another step closer after the midfielder reportedly completed a medical with Frank Lampard’s side. The 21-year-old looks set to complete his move from Bayer Leverkusen in the coming days, according to the latest report from Germany. Havertz is understood to have agreed terms on a five-year deal with Chelsea, who are set to sign him for £72million plus add-ons which could eventually take the fee up to a British record £90m. And one more stage of the hotly anticipated transfer has been completed after the Germany international passed a medical, according to Bild.
